Little Steps association

‘Little Steps’ is an organization which was founded in Israel by parents of children with Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy diseases, wanting to be as a second ‘home’ for the children and their families who are coping with physical and mental difficulties caused by the disease.

We believe that only by acting a comprehensive approach in the fight against Duchenne, we will be able to achieve the following –

• Funding Duchenne researches,
• Expansion of treatment options in Israel by establishing a specific Duchenne clinic.
• Connecting with the community by translating to Hebrew the DMD Family guide, organize conferences, etc.
• Raising awareness of the disease among the general public.
