Hsin has a degree in BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences, and has recently been awarded with MSc in Business with international management from Northumbria University.
Hsin worked in public healthcare institutions in Singapore for 10 years. Over the decade of her career, she worked with various clinical transplant programs including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Corneal Transplant and Renal Transplant. Her wide-ranging experiences cover the database management for BMT and being responsible for the international registry (CIBMTR) data-reporting. She has also been involved in CRA for the Natural-Killer cellular therapy trials and steering clinical studies as part of the quality improvement projects. Hsin also worked in transplant coordination acting as standby for the emergency deceased renal transplants, while also being actively involved in planning for the elective living renal transplants. In addition to this Hsin oversaw the BMT quality assurance program to ensure the clinical practices adhered to the FACT and JCI accreditations.
Hsin loves creativity, travelling, wine-tasting and leather crafting during her off days.
