Project Manager, TREAT-NMD Universal Registry Platform
Caroline has over 17 years’ experience in Project Management for organisations in the public and private sector including Samsung and Honeywell. During this time, she has delivered projects ranging from change management, customer experience, property builds, through to the roll out of policies and processes, both nationally and internationally. Most recently Caroline has been working for Siemens Power Generation in managing overseas projects, creating processes for sending personnel overseas and ensuring that Duty of Care becomes business as usual, creating a records database that the business and vetted Embassies and High Commissions can access for immigration and overseas tax purposes, crisis management processes, continuity planning and best practice achievements.
She has an honours degree in English, Film and Media from Winchester University, is a member and practitioner of Association of Project Management (APM).
Away from work, Caroline enjoys walking her dog Ash, socialising with friends, reading, exploring Scotland and visiting whisky distilleries with her husband.
Caroline will be the project manager responsible for developing, managing and delivering the TREAT-NMD Universal Registry Platform which will utilise the DMD and SMA Core and Expanded Dataset Modules. Caroline will also work towards obtaining European Medicines Agency qualification, which will run alongside the Universal Platform project.
